What should I expect when I call the Service Desk?

A technician will ask you for the following:

·         Your name

·         Your district

·         Your building

·         Your room number

·         Your phone extension

·         A detailed description of the problem

What should I expect when I call the Service Desk?

·         A service request ticket will be created and dispatched to a JCISD technician.

·         You will receive notification by email of the technician assigned, the date of the request and a description of the problem.

·         You will be kept up to date on the status of your service request.

·         A permanent record of all technology requests is saved.
